On June 29th, a meeting of the leading officials in Nanchang City was held, announcing the decision on the adjustment of the positions of the main leaders of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee. Yin Hong, Secretary of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, attended and delivered a speech. He emphasized that it is necessary to deepen the implementation of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Jiangxi Province, focus on the goal requirements of "taking the lead, striving for excellence, and being good at making achievements", implement the provincial capital leading strategy with greater efforts and more practical measures, promote the construction of the Nanchang Metropolitan Area at a high level, and further enhance the comprehensive strength and development level, so as to demonstrate Nanchang's responsibility and make its contributions as a provincial capital city in the process of striving to write Jiangxi's chapter in Chinese modernization.

Zhuang Zhaolin presided over and read out the relevant appointment notices from the CPC Central Committee and the decisions of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee. With the approval of the CPC Central Committee, Comrade Sheng Qiuping has been appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee. The CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee has decided that Comrade Sheng Qiuping will serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Secretary of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, and concurrently as the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area. Sheng Qiuping and Li Hongjun made speeches, and Xu Zhong was present.
