This year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. On June 30th, Sheng Qiuping, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, Secretary of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area, went to the front line to visit and console some elderly Party members and comrades in our city, bringing them the care and warmth of the Party organization. On behalf of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, he extended his highest respect and sincere greetings to them, and through them, extended festival greetings to all the Party members in the city.
During the visit, Sheng Qiuping went to the homes of some elderly Party members and comrades, had a cordial chat with them and their families, inquired about their physical condition and living situation with concern, solicited their opinions and suggestions on the economic and social development of Nanchang, expressed gratitude for their positive contributions to the development of Nanchang, and wished them good health and a happy life. Sheng Qiuping said that veteran Party members and comrades are the witnesses, participants and promoters of Nanchang's development, laying a solid foundation for the city's reform, development and stability. At present, Nanchang is in the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. The whole city is deepening the implementation of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Jiangxi Province. Focusing on the goal requirements of "taking the lead, striving for the first place and being good at making achievements", it is firmly establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements, carrying forward the spirit of hamming in nails, and with the mindset and responsibility of "not necessarily taking credit for success" and "surely taking part in success", we are working from one term to the next, and we will implement the provincial capital leading strategy with greater efforts and more practical measures to further enhance its comprehensive strength and development level. It is hoped that all veteran Party members and comrades will firmly hold onto their ideals and beliefs, always maintain their political integrity, fully leverage their political and experience advantages, focus on the city's central tasks, base themselves on their professional strengths, identify the convergence points between their personal capabilities and the development needs of Nanchang, continue to shine and contribute, actively offer suggestions and strategies, and contribute their strength to promoting the high-quality development of Nanchang.
